The HR corporate staff is part of the Corporate Office and is included in the central management of Region Skåne. The HR corporate staff has overall responsibility for the management, development, coordination, and follow-up of Region Skåne's HR work. This includes responsibility for common regional working methods, clear basic processes, IT support related to the HR area, as well as leadership development and training issues.

The Team for scheduling, health, and user support (SHA) is part of the IT support unit within HR and has a central mission in Region Skåne's work with digitalization, scheduling, work environment, and user support. We ensure that the HR systems support and comply with applicable working time regulations and agreements, and that the scheduling processes work in everyday life for the organization's managers and employees. Through our work, we contribute to stable operations, high data quality, correct regulatory compliance, and sustainable workflows throughout the organization.

We are in the midst of a comprehensive development journey in the area of scheduling and staffing, where new digital support is being developed and implemented to strengthen the organization's working methods. As a business specialist, you will be an important part of this work and have the opportunity to influence how future digital solutions are designed for all of Region Skåne. You will work broadly, closely with HR, IT, our staffing functions, managers, occupational health services, and other partners in the organization, and be an active part of the system management we are responsible for.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business specialist with us, you will work broadly with both scheduling support and HR systems. You are an important part of the system management we are responsible for and contribute to the development and quality assurance of our digital solutions. Your role includes providing professional support to the organization and ensuring that scheduling processes, agreement applications, and working time regulations are followed and applied correctly in our systems.

You will work with troubleshooting, testing, system configuration, and quality assurance within the HR systems and scheduling support that the team manages. You are a cohesive link between users, HR, IT, and suppliers, and contribute to ensuring that our digital solutions function correctly and comply with applicable agreements and working time regulations. Together with the team, you will continuously work to improve the functionality and usability of the systems, and participate in both small and large development initiatives related to scheduling, staffing, work environment, and digitalization.

The work also includes quality assurance of data, analyzing scheduling patterns, monitoring statistics, and contributing to the development of self-service and automation solutions. You will support the organization in matters related to scheduling processes, agreement applications, and working time regulations, ensuring that these are handled correctly in our systems. Through close collaboration with HR strategists, colleagues in system management, and our suppliers, you will contribute to creating a stable, efficient, and future-proof digital environment for Region Skåne's employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree, preferably in HR or computer science, or other education or experience deemed relevant by the employer. You should also have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

The following is also required for the position:

  • experience working with HR systems or scheduling support, preferably in a role as a business specialist, system administrator, or equivalent
  • experience interpreting and applying agreements, working time regulations, and scheduling principles in digital systems
  • experience in troubleshooting, testing, system configuration, or quality assurance of system support
  • experience working with data quality, statistics, or system logic
  • understanding of HR processes, staffing logic, or digital support related to work environment and health.

It is advantageous if you have experience with:

  • systems such as Personec P, TimeCare, or TESSA
  • automation, self-service solutions, or work in digitalization/development projects
  • working in larger organizations with many contact points.

As a person, we see that you are structured, solution-oriented, and able to quickly adapt and prioritize between different tasks when required. You also have good analytical skills, find it easy to collaborate with others, and can explain complex issues in a pedagogical and understandable way.
